This year we are changing our holiday box up a little bit. Our theme this year is "Gratitude and Tranquility"
Life seems so stressful, and mindful knitting brings so many of us joy. As the holiday season arrives, that stress only increases. This year, we're all about gratitude, tranquility and peaceful knitting. A more subdued colour palette of gracefully inspired by nature colour ways, that all work together. There will be some semi solid and tonals, some speckles, and some varigated, all complimentary, and well curated.
The emphasis will be patterns that are low stress, and provide you with the time out we all need during the holiday season, while still creating beautiful items.
We will be, of course offering the same beautiful hand dyed yarns. Created in the heart of the Kawartha Lakes.
Day 1-24 are 30 grams mini skein's (110 yards each of our fingering weight base of 80% Super Wash merino wool & 20% nylon). All of our yarn is milled here in Ontario.
Day 25 is a full size skein 125 g (450 yards of the same base)
(The total yardage of the box is 3090 yards, so there's lots of peaceful knitting)
What else comes in the holiday box:
1 set of Kollage needles, size 4.0mm (these needles are amazing, and they are the only needles on the market that are made exclusively in Canada!)
1 hand poured soy candle crafted locally in the Kawartha Lakes, Ontario
1 small bottle of Eucalan (another wonderful Canadian Company!)
1 Knitting Journal
Everything you need to display your holiday box items. (clothespegs, twine, etc.)
3 Patterns printed and included in the box. You will have enough yarn to complete all three projects.
